Jack is a senior associate with Project Lawyers, with a broad disputes practice involving litigation, arbitration, commercial, insolvency, employment and construction.  In addition to his core disputes practice, Jack also has experience in regulatory compliance, investigations and enforcement in the financial services sector and assisting clients with legal and regulatory risk management.

Prior to joining Project Lawyers, Jack worked for well-known international law firms in Hong Kong, and was formerly an in-house lawyer in the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and the Enforcement-Listing department of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He was based in Hong Kong for over a decade.

Over the years, Jack has experience handling arbitrations, corporate and joint venture disputes, partnership issues, commodities and resources disputes, professional negligence claims and banking and finance litigation.  He has also advised on regulatory matters involving corporate internal investigations in Hong Kong and Greater China and conducted disciplinary matters involving directors of listed companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.  He appears in all levels of courts in New South Wales and has appeared in actions before the High Court of Hong Kong. 

Jack is conversant in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay and Bahasa Indonesia.
